Tropicalano is built around a lean and coordinated team, with each function contributing to the journey from selected raw materials to finished coconut sugar products and reliable delivery.
Our structure keeps leadership, production, quality, administration, finance, and logistics closely connected so that every part of the business works toward the same standard.
The Founder & CEO leads overall business strategy, sales and pricing decisions, B2B and export buyer relationships, supplier and strategic partnerships, product and capacity development, and final business decisions. The Founder also provides operational oversight and final direction on quality and business standards.
The Production team manages the operational flow of raw materials, from receiving, initial inspection, sorting, moisture checking, and FIFO handling through preparation, drying, grinding, and screening. The team also monitors production output, rejects, processing conditions, and cleanliness throughout the production area.
The QC & Packaging team is responsible for product quality verification, including moisture, colour, cleanliness, batch information, and overall product condition. The team determines PASS or HOLD status, verifies weights and labels, performs sealing and packaging, and ensures approved products are properly prepared for finished-product storage.
The Administration team manages orders, customer and supplier records, operational documentation, batch traceability, sales and shipping administration, and export-related documentation. The team coordinates information and documentation between Production, QC, Finance, Supply & Delivery, and the Founder.
The Finance team manages production costing and HPP, company income and expenses, payroll, working capital, cash flow, financial reporting, tax administration, and financial traceability related to purchasing, production, and individual production batches.
The Supply & Delivery team coordinates raw material procurement, incoming deliveries, inventory movement, stock monitoring, finished-product dispatch, customer deliveries, and logistics partners. The team also works with Administration to ensure goods, orders, inventory, and shipping documentation remain properly aligned.
